Cancellation

We aim to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible. To achieve this, orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. Once submitted, each order is automatically sent to the fulfillment center, where it enters the preparation and shipping process without delay. Because this system operates in real time, changes cannot be made after an order has been completed. This includes adjustments such as adding or removing items, changing quantities or sizes, updating payment details, modifying billing or shipping information, or canceling the order. For this reason, it is essential to carefully review all details before finalizing checkout.

Customers are encouraged to confirm product selections, sizes, quantities, and delivery information before placing an order. Taking the time to verify accuracy helps prevent issues that cannot be corrected later and ensures that the fulfillment process continues without disruption.

To maintain a fair purchasing environment, certain limits may be applied to orders. These limits are intended to give as many customers as possible the opportunity to access available products. Measures are also in place to detect and prevent the use of automated systems, bots, or other methods that may create an unfair advantage during the purchasing process.

Purchase restrictions may be applied per order, per individual, or per household. In some cases, orders may also be reviewed based on shared details such as billing or shipping addresses, payment methods, or email accounts. These precautions help ensure that inventory is distributed fairly and remains accessible to a wider audience.

Orders that exceed established limits or appear to involve prohibited purchasing behavior may be canceled, even after submission. If this occurs, a temporary authorization charge may still appear on the payment account. This charge is typically reversed within three to seven business days, depending on the policies of the payment provider.

Attempts to bypass purchasing restrictions, such as using multiple accounts, altering order details to appear as separate buyers, or placing repeated duplicate orders, may result in cancellation of all related transactions. Continued misuse may also lead to restrictions on future purchasing activity.

Orders considered bulk purchases are subject to additional review. This includes orders intended for resale or those containing more than six units of the same item. Such orders may be limited, modified, or canceled when necessary. Bulk purchases may also be excluded from promotional offers or discount codes, and additional shipping fees may apply due to increased handling requirements.

These guidelines are designed to support an efficient and balanced ordering process. By following them, customers help ensure fair access to products and contribute to a smoother overall shopping experience for everyone.
